Summer Camp 2012

Troop 308

This webpage was created as a resource for scouts, parents, and scouters. All are welcome! It is the mission of the Boy Scouts to prepare young men to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law. Equally important is the fact we have fun!

Troop 308 has been serving the youth of our community for over 50 years! Our troop has over 90 scouts who have earned the rank of Eagle Scout! We are a boy led troop run by the Patrol Method. Troop 308 offers an active and varied Outdoor Program. Active scouts have the opportunity to earn First Class in the first year. Scouts learn teamwork, leadership, citizenship, physical fitness, and service to others. Scouts develop a helpful can do attitude.

Troop meetings are held on Mondays 7:00-8:30pm at our St. Bernadette Parish Center during the school year and at Middletown Manor Swim Club during the summer.  We go on outings monthly.

Words to Live by: Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent.
